The Partagas Serie No.1 part of the Limited Edition cigars of 2017, along with the Punch Regios de Punch and the Cohiba Talisman. Medium - full cigar with lots of typical Partagas leathery flavors. Not overly complex, despite being still a young cigar. Hence, a great pick for aging. It will get even better after 12 - 24 months.
The Partagas Serie No.1 is the third limited edition cigar of 2017, along with the Cohiba Talisman and the Punch Regios, a Robusto Extra creamy. Being part of the 2017 Limited Edition series, Series No.1 wears an elegant black and gold secondary band where 2017 Limited Edition is written. The cigar itself looks great, with a dark brown wrapper, very soft to the touch and with a good amount of oil in it. The triple stopper is perfect, from what appears to be the construction of the cigar, it is well packed from head to toe, and despite an apparent vein in the wrapper that we have smoked, for the rest of the box, the veins are all very small and the overall look is impressive. Bottom line: an impressively smooth limited edition Partagas cigar that should only get better with a little age. With a smoking time of 60 - 90 minutes.
