It is a limited-edition Cuban cigar that comes in boxes of 20 units, with a size called "Nuevos." It measures 156 mm in length and has a ring gauge of 49 (19.4 mm in diameter), making it a new format for Habanos. It is made with long-filler tobacco fully cured in the Vuelta Abajo region, aged for at least two years, and is described as having an intense and full-bodied flavor.

Established in 1935, today Montecristo is the world’s most popular Habanos brand and, in the UK, the Montecristo No.4 is one of the bestselling Havana cigars. The original Edmundo - 5 1/3” (135mm) x 52 ring gauge - was released in 2004 and has since been joined by the Petit Edmundo (2006), Double Edmundo (2013) and Wide Edmundo (2021). In 2010 the Montecristo Edición Limitada (a Cañonazo size) was named the Grand Edmundo. The name Edmundo is inspired by Edmundo Dantes, the eponymous hero of Alexandre Dumas’s novel, The Count of Montecristo.

The Montecristo Open Slam Cigar is a vitola known as Idlicos that measures 5 3/5 (142mm) x 52 and appears to be a new vitola for the Cuban cigar world. It will join the Montecristo Open sub-brand, which debuted with four vitolas in 2009. The Box is available in boxes of 15 and 20 cigars. The duration of the cigar will depend on factors such as how tightly it is packed and how quickly you smoke it. On average, it should last between 45 minutes to an hour.

The La Gloria Cubana Glorias LCDH Cigar is a brand new release by Habanos SA for the La Casa del Habano franchise worldwide. It features a unique vitola in its portfolio, Flechas, which measures 156mm long by 49 ring gauge. The Glorias come beautifully packed in a rather ornate 20-count box with a now-de-rigour velour sleeve and outer cardboard packaging and a smoking time of 60-90 minutes.

The San Cristóbal de La Habana 20 Aniversario Cigar was Habanos’ latest release of 2020. The cigar itself has been made in a Capuleto vitola which translates to a ring gauge of 162mm by 52. ​​It has a “La Casa del Habano” secondary imprint, meaning the cigar is intended to be sold primarily through the official LCDH franchise.

The Romeo Y Julieta Wide Churchill Travel Humidor is made up of Gordo Robusto cigars, one of the brand's signature sizes, arranged in a humidor that Habanos S.A. describes as elegant and practical, and which has a capacity of 20 cigars. This Gordo Robusto cigar measures 130 mm in length by 21.8 mm in diameter (55 ring gauge). It will take 45 minutes to properly savour.

For the first time, Habanos, S.A. is incorporating an exclusive and identifying foot band for its collections. H. Upmann SUPER MAGNUM (56 ring gauge x 180 mm long) is an even-sized vitola with the largest ring gauge in the brand's standard portfolio. The Magnum line is characterized by its blends of elegant and nuanced character and a medium strength.

The H.Upmann Magnum 56 now comes in an elegant ceramic jar with 20 medium-full Double Robusto (56 ring gauge x 5.9” lenght). This large vitola appeals to the modern smokers with plenty of flavors in a 1 hour/ 1.5 hour long smoke. Similar cigar to the Edicion Limitada from 2015 - same size and same blend - the only difference is that it is not rolled with aged tobacco.

The name Romeo y Julieta, created as a Habanos brand in 1875, has its roots in the literary tragedy of the same name by the English writer William Shakespeare.

The brand achieved international renown in the early years of the 20th century, after Don “Pepín” Rodríguez, one of the first to recognize the importance of rings as a factor for success.
